Our Moving Table

Our Moving Table (OMT) is a roaming, monthly farm-to-table dining experience that began in July 2015. The hosts take their guests on an epicurean adventure through the diverse landscape that is the food of Trinidad and Tobago. Our Moving Table was founded by Chef Sonja Sinaswee and D’ Market Movers, the country’s first online delivery service for fresh produce, seafood, meats and locally produced fare. Every month OMT takes place at a different location in Trinidad & Tobago, from open green spaces to working farms. 

OMT aims to share the best seasonal, local food in a new experience – what they like to call farm-dining. Farm-dining combines the best of the farm-to-table experience with outdoor dining. Each meal is prepared with over 95% locally grown and sourced ingredients. Since its inception in July 2015 OMT has served over 3000 meals and supported hundreds of local farmers and producers.
