Ingredients & Directions

  • 292 grams plantain
  • 60 ml of oil
  • Salt to taste

Remove the plantains from the skin and slice thinly. Place the slices in oil at a temperature of 110° C for 8 minutes. During that time, work with a slotted spoon to avoid them sticking together.

Remove and drain. Season.
